Strapless dress with one layer of tulle removed underneath to reduce the puffiness of the dress slightly. Bra cups are sewn into the dress. Dress has a belt added around the waist (sewn on but could be removed). Rolled hem to fit length for 5' 2'' person. Sides taken in slightly for better fit. Bustle type is under bustle with ties beneath the dress for easy and hidden bustling. Heavy hook added to zipper for easier fit and use.
