The original comes sleeveless and I had long sleeves added. The top is a beautiful lace with a underlying silk layer and top silk crepe layer for the skirt. It is light, flowy, and comfortable. This was my personal wedding dress and it has already been professionally cleaned. It also had $600 worth of alterations after Sarah Seven sent me the wrong size. Hem is about 6 inches longer in back than in front. This is a beautiful custom-made Sarah Seven "Remy" gown. (Also the same as Broome - with light added boning.)
