This is a gorgeous dress. I chose it because it felt very "princess" while not making me look like I'm playing dress-up. I was in my 30's when I got married and wanted something elegant. It looks great with amber colored jewelry and tiara.
The color of the embroidery is a darker gold -- like the photo where it's laying on a chair peeking out of it's zipper bag. I'm not sure why it photographed yellow-ish in the professional photos. I only wore it for about two hours--- there wasn't dancing and there aren't food/beverage marks at all. At the time of my wedding, I was just under 5'4" and about 118 lbs. The dress was altered to fit me. It would fit a size 4 and can accommodate hips--- my hips are 40". Ideal for someone smaller busted (34B).
I did not have this drycleaned because I didn't intend to wear it again and I don't have a daughter. There is a bit of dust on the bottom from when I walked in it. But, otherwise, it's pretty much in the same condition as the day I got married. It was stored in it's dust bag in my closet, hanging, temperature controlled.
