Beautiful, classic lines, strapless Anne Barge gown. Purchased new, once worn. This dress is a dream come true. Well... actually, I never dreamed I'd wear strapless. It won me over completely with its phenomenally flattering cut and POCKETS. It is light as can be compared to so many heavy wedding dresses I tried on! I only wore this dress for five hours during my event, but could have worn it all day. The scoop: - silk taffeta dress w/ pin tucked seams along the bodice (create an incredibly flattering look) - - A-line skirt with chapel train - - modifications: minimal alterations- taken in a small amount at the bust, no alterations to waist or hips, minimal hem (worn on 5'6" with additional 4" heels). - - No spills, stains, rips or tears. This dress is in great condition and is a model of the excellent craftsmanship of Anne Barge dresses. I would keep this for my daughters if I thought for a moment they would use it... I hope this dress can shine again with you in it!
