This dress originally was ordered as a size 10 (wedding dress size). It has been altered shorter and is now ~59” from the top strap to the hem, perfect for wearing flats if you are 5'-8". The train is long in the back and hemmed in the front. I had the designer add buttons along the back for a special touch (along the zipper)! Alterations added 2 buttons for the bustle (to hold up dress in back when dancing) and added sewn in bra cups (would work best for a size A-C). The dress was professionally cleaned, twice. I paid for wedding dress restoration ($315). Stains from the dirty dance floor were removed well, but there are a few light gray blemishes on the train, especially around the hem. The last 2 pictures show current condition. There is one small stain on the front in the last photo as well. I had it professionally cleaned twice and it’s still there, I’m not going to try to get it out and ruin anything :) You can hardly notice it! The bottom stains will go away completely if you hem it as well! The dress is crepe material, v neck, with "v" mesh detail on the sides and a deep "v" back. Very elegant, classy, and timeless. Right now with no alterations it would best fit a ~28” waist and someone who is ~5’-6” to 5’-9”. I am a size US 6 in typical dresses.
This dress is a classic modern beauty! I think it is in great condition for being used, but I definitely wanted to make sure I listed out the imperfections above. I hope this dress can make someone else feel as beautiful as I did on my big day!
