Details: This dress is truly one of a kind, all the appeal of BERTA sings through this gown: flirty, form-fitting, delicate beading of Swarovski crystal and pearls. It is modern and sensual but also has a classic and timeless appeal with the chosen materials.
The beading appears like it is dripping down your body. The skirt and the bodice are lined with small cups hidden behind the lining of the top. You are sure to have a jaw-dropping reaction from your partner with this gown!
Condition: Very minimal flaws or blemishes: The gown was worn to a micro-wedding (only 27 people); there was no dance floor so no rips, spills, or damages to the structure. the dress was worn for ~6 hours and has been safely stored since! Only minor blemishes include some beading sporadically missing from the train and hemline. overall she's very ready to make another bride feel their best!
Alterations: The only alterations were to the hem, shoulders were slightly shortened, small cups were added, and a button to bustle was discretely placed on the back of the dress slightly above the knee-line.
My Sizing: I am usually a size 2-6 in standard dress sizing depending on the designer. Please note, the tag on the inside indicates the size is a Berta 40, which required minimal alterations for me.
I wore 4-inch heels and am 5'5" but didn't want my shoes to show at all so the dress has an extra .5-1inch on the hem beyond my height + heels. My chest size is 34B, and I usually wear a size 27 in jeans. The butt area had some room to give, but the benefit of the heavy beading meant there was no gaping. I also consider myself decently endowed in the booty region!
The back belt on the dress has a few adjustable options, I wore it on the tightest hook but depending on your waist/chest you have room to give.
